TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These TERMS AND CONDITIONS govern the relationship between “PRO STORAGE” Ltd with EIK: 205531359, registered office and management address: Varna, P.C. 9000, 65 Ivan Stratsimir Str., floor 4, apartment 11, operating through the website: “www.defonseca.bg,” hereinafter referred to as the “Site,” on one hand, and the Users of the Site (hereinafter referred to as Users), on the other.

Please read the published Terms and Conditions in full before using the Site. By accessing the Site, each User automatically agrees to comply with the conditions described below.
TERMS OF USE OF THE SITE
1. (a) On the Site, you can obtain information about the products offered by us, as well as information about our physical stores. (b) The site is designed for purely informational purposes and does not provide the option for a direct order of specific products.
2. The services of the Site can be used without the need for user profile registration.
3. If interested in the offered products and wishing to make a purchase inquiry, you can submit a request through the contact forms.
4. Users voluntarily share their personal data by using the Site. The information provided by the User is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”) and any other applicable Bulgarian legislation.
5. The Site is not responsible for damages caused by Users using the Site’s services, as well as for how the provided content is used.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6. The intellectual property rights to all materials and resources located on the Site (including available databases) are subject to protection under the Copyright and Related Rights Act, owned by the Site or the respective indicated person who has transferred the right to use the Site and cannot be used in violation of the current legislation.
7. In case of copying or reproducing information beyond what is permissible, as well as in any other violation of intellectual property rights on the Site’s resources, we have the right to claim compensation for the direct and indirect damages suffered in full.

12. When the User does not agree with the changes in the terms and conditions, the User has the right not to use the Site’s services.
APPLICABLE LAW
13. All issues not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are governed by the provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
14. The parties agree that if any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, this will not invalidate other clauses or parts of the Terms and Conditions. The invalid provision will be replaced by the mandatory provisions of the law or the actual will of the parties.
15. All disputes between the parties are resolved in a spirit of understanding and good will. In case an agreement is not reached, all unresolved disputes related to the Site, including disputes arising from or related to interpretation, invalidity, execution, or termination, as well as disputes about filling gaps in the Terms and Conditions or adapting them to newly arisen circumstances, will be resolved by the competent court under the current Bulgarian legislation.
